The volatile compounds, obtained by hydrodistillation of aerial parts of Stachys circinnata l’Her. (Lamiaceae), were analyzed by GC and GC/MS.
Twenty-seven compounds were characterized representing 98.6% of the essential oil with globulol (40.3%), α-cadinol (16.2%), spathulenol (12.7%) and τ-muurolol (6.3%) as the main components. |
