| Résumé : | Continuum damage mechanics allows accounting at the representative elementary volume for microcracks growth. Nowadays, describing the mechanical behavior of corroded structures remains of primary importance, especially when optimal maintenance policies have to be defined. Expressed within the framework of continuum damage mechanics, three constitutive models to describe the behavior of corroded steel, concrete and steel/concrete interface are exposed in this paper. To highlight the coupling use of these models, a bidimensional structural application is shown. It consists in a corroded RC beam subjected to a four-point bending test. Numerical results appear as encouraging for further developments. |
