| Résumé : | Volatile compounds were isolated from Cassia grandis fruit by simultaneous distillation-solvent extraction. The volatile concentrate was examined by GC and GC/MS. A total of 108 compounds were identified (30.47 mg/kg), from which linalool (31.5% of the total volatiles) was the major compound. |
