| Résumé : | Composition of the essential oil of Biebersteinia multifida DC. (Biebersteiniaceae) was investigated by GC and GC/MS. Forty-four compounds represent 96.9% of the total oil were characterized. The main components of the oil were (E)-nerolidol (33.8%), phytol (17.7%), 6,10,14-trimethyl-2-pentadecanone (15.5%) and hexadecanoic acid (11.2%). |
