| Résumé : | Mid century, half of the world energy needs may be supplied at an acceptable cost by wind and sun but this requires electric energy storage close to 3.000 Gw for 50.000 Gwh. P.S.P. appear the best relevant solution. The corresponding solutions, potential, cost and impacts are analysed, including the possibility of P.S.P. partly or totally offshore. |
