| Résumé : | The essential oil from the fresh rhizomes of Alpinia henryi K. Schum. (Zingiberaceae) collected in Vietnam was analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Twenty-five compounds, representing 86.4% of the oil, were identified. The oil was characterized by a high content of 1,8-cineole (45.1%). |
