| Résumé : | The volatiles of Cyperus giganteus (Cyperaceae), cultivated in the state of Pará were obtained by hydrodistillation and analyzed by GC and GC/MS. The major components identified in the rhizome oil of C. giganteus were cyperotundone (25.9%) and cyperene (10.4%). |
