| Résumé : | Volatile constituents of the seeds, roots, leaves and dried whole flowering plant of Lepidium latifolium L. collected after hydrolysis were analyzed by GC and GC/MS. The main volatile constituents of the seeds and the roots were allyl, benzyl and sec-butyl isothiocyanates, while the main volatile constituents of the leaves and the whole flowering plant were allyl isothiocyanate and 1-cyano-2,3-epithiopropane. |
