| Résumé : | Part II of this critical, constructive review investigates the accuracy of laboratory and industrial-scale experimental methods and the results of published R&D studies on drying heat pumps. It tries to evaluate the application potential of proposed drying methods for various agro-food and wood products. The scope is to promote technological advancement and to accelerate the industrial implementation of drying heat pumps. |
