In the AOT/n-butanol/n-heptane/Na2SO4/N235 system, AOT was used as an anionic surfactant to form a microemulsion in n-heptane, n-butanol was injected in the microemulsion as a cosurfactant to enhance the stability, and N235 was a typical extractant in the system. The microemulsion system without N235 showed poor extractability and stability. However, by adding N235, the extraction efficiency (E%) can be more than 99%, and the stability of the microemulsion extremely enhanced. The influences of the concentration of cosurfactant, temperature, pH of the feed solution, and composition of the feed solution on the extraction efficiency (E%) were verified. Rice wine samples were scanned by a spectroradiometer within a wavelength region of 325–1075 nm. The calibration set was composed of 240 samples and 60 samples were used as the validation set. Two pre-processing methods were applied on the spectra prior to build PLS regression models. The correlation coefficient (r), standard error of prediction (SEP) and root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) were 0.95, 0.16 and 0.17 for SSC, while 0.94, 0.02 and 0.02 for pH, respectively. Adequate wavelengths for the SSC and pH prediction were proposed according to the x-loading weights and regression coefficients. The results indicated that Vis/NIR spectroscopy is a promising approach for predicting the SSC and pH of the rice wine.

L'étalonnage de la série était composée de 240 échantillons et 60 échantillons ont été utilisés comme l'ensemble de validation. Deux méthodes de traitement préalable ont été appliquées sur les spectres avant de construire les modèles de régression PLS. In the UF process, a ceramic membrane was employed to remove SS and an efficiency of 99.9% and a steady flux of about 500 L·m−2·h−1 were achieved. In the NF step, (NH4)2S2O3 was separated from NH4SCN with a retention ratio of 95.0%, and finally 83.0% of (NH4)2S2O3 was recovered in the retentate, whereas 99.2% of NH4SCN was recovered in the permeate via dialysis with deionized water. In the RO process, NH4SCN can be recovered with an efficiency of 99.0% through a four-pass filtration process. Meanwhile, the RO permeate can be reused in the salt diafiltration process. The results show that the proposed integrated membrane process is technically feasible and economically efficient for the treatment of desulfurization wastewater generated in the coking industry. However, in a grid-connected system, an LCL filter may cause resonance which is a disaster for the system's stability. In order to solve the problem, a two-current-loop control strategy, which includes grid-current outer loop and filter-capacitor-current inner loop, is adopted here. The implementation of this strategy is easy, but the tuning procedure is complex since the outer and inner controllers cannot cooperate well if the parameters of the controllers are not suitable. There is no literature which mentions a method to help give out accurate parameters of the controller. The difficulty of designing the controller is that only two feedbacks cannot provide complete information of a three-order LCL filter. A specific method is proposed in this paper to design the controller. The advantage of this method is to provide a way to maximize the utilization of the two feedbacks to get good system performance through parameter determination. The practicability of the method is tested by using bode diagram, and the antidistortion ability of the system is analyzed. Finally, experimental results verify the availability and correctness of the proposed method.
