| Résumé : |
This work studies the control techniques of dual-fuel engines, whether naturally aspirated or turbocharged. It traces the evolution of these engines by analyzing the combustion
charac-teristics and addressing the challenges related to the conversion of diesel engines to a mixed diesel/natural gas fuel supply. The objective is to reduce pollutant emissions and improve en-ergy efficiency. The study covers both a naturally aspirated engine and a turbocharged model, and develops a linear control law using the PI controller, and a nonlinear one using the sliding mode controller. The developed control is then implemented on a Raspberry Pi 5 board in order to allow an experimental approach. |
