Firms become aware of the importance of the intangible capital owned by their employees which corresponds to their experience and accumulated knowledge about the firm's activities. Maintaining this capital is a powerful means to improve the level of performance of the firm. In this paper, we present a methodology for inducing a set of collective decision rules representing a generalized description of the preferential information of a group of decision makers involved in a multi-criteria classification problem to identify a company's crucial knowledge to be capitalized.
