Pino, Auteur ; Rolando Marbot, Auteur ; Victor Fuentes, Auteur Année de publication : 2006 Article en page(s) : pp. 139-141 Note générale : Génie Chimique Langues : Anglais (eng) Mots-clés : Clausena lansium Rutaceae Swinglea glutinosa Caryophyllene oxide (Z)-α-santalol (E)-nerolidol Résumé : The chemical composition of the leaf oils of Clausena lansium (Lour). Skeels and Swinglea glutinosa (Blanco) Merr. were studied by GC and GC/MS. Seventy compounds of the oil of C. lansium were identified of which caryophyllene oxide (16.8%) and (Z)-α-santalol (11.7%) were the major constituents. In the oil of S. glutinosa, 69 compounds were identified of which (E)-nerolidol (41.3%) and caryophyllene oxide (20.9%) were the major components. Ten. and Triphasia trifolia (Burm. f.) P. Wilson from Cuba were studied by GC and GC/MS. Sixty-one compounds of the oil of M. exotica were identified of which β-caryophyllene (24.1%) was the major constituent. In the oil obtained from A. balsamifera, 56 compounds were identified of which valerianol (43.8%) was the major constituent. Sixty-seven components were identified in the oil of S. buxifolia and the major constituents were (E)-β-santalol (26.9%) and α-santalene (22.3%), while 81 compounds were identified in the oil of T. trifolia and the major constituent was germacrene B (16.3%).
