Sesquiterpenes were the predominant components in both oils. The major constituents found in the leaf oil were α-terpinyl acetate (30.0%) and β-caryophyllene (19.0%), while the stem bark oil was dominated by spathulenol (14.1%), elemol (13.2%) and alismol (10.2%).
