Titre : Composition and antimicrobial activity of the essential oils of calamintha betulifolia boiss. et bal. Type de document : texte imprimé Auteurs : M. Kürkcüoglu, Auteur ; Gökalp Iscan, Auteur ; Temel Ozek, Auteur Année de publication : 2007 Article en page(s) : pp. 285-287 Note générale : Génie Chimique Langues : Anglais (eng) Mots-clés : Calamintha betulifolia Labiatae Essential oil composition Pulegone Antimicrobial MIC Résumé : The water distilled essentials oil from the aerial parts of Calamintha betulifolia Boiss. et Bal. collected from three different localities in Turkey were analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Fifty six to seventy nine components representing 80.6–93.0 % of the oils were characterized. Pulegone (26–54 %) was found as the main constituent. The antimicrobial effects of C. betulifolia essential oil are reported here for the first time. Titre : Headspace volatiles of three turkish plants Type de document : texte imprimé Auteurs : M. Kürkcüoglu, Auteur ; Kemal Husnu Can Baser, Auteur Année de publication : 2011 Article en page(s) : pp. 389-392 Note générale : Génie Chimique Langues : Anglais (eng) Mots-clés : Stenbergia candida Amaryllidaceae Muscari muscarim Nectaroscordum siculum Liliaceae Headspace volatiles Index. décimale : 646 Résumé : Headspace volatiles of fresh flowers of Stenbergia candida Mathew et Baytop (Amaryllidaceae) and Muscari muscarimi Medikus (Liliaceae), and crushed bulbs of Nectaroscordum siculum (Ucria) Lindl. (Liliaceae) were analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The volatiles were trapped by SPME in a dynamic headspace set up. Stenbergia flowers red—Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), blue—Polydimethylsiloxane/Divinylbenzene (PDMS/DVB) and black—Carboxen/Polydimethylsiloxane (CAR/PDMS) flbers were used. (E)-β-ocimene (50–81%) and nerol (2–19%) were found as main components. Volatiles of Muscari muscarimi were trapped by blue SPME flber over a period of three days. Main components were identified as (E)-β-ocimene (t-36%), methyl salicylate (1–21%), E-methyl isoeugenol (4–22%) and benzyl benzoate (7–56%). Volatiles of crushed bulbs of Nectaroscordum siculum were trapped on an HS-SPME (Red flber). Only two components were found to be dibutyl disulfide (88.5%) and 2-hexyl-5-methyl-(2H)-furan-3-one (11.5%).
